Competition Billing Issues

This error message will show when we have problems billing the recurring subscription on your account. You can view your Billing tab to see whether it is due to:

  • Your bank declining the charge
  • If you card has expired
  • If your card does not have sufficient funds

In order to solve this issue you'll either need to replace your card, or discuss the payment with your bank so you can retry it.

Retrying the payment is easy, just click the Change / Cancel button - then click Retry payment. If you'd prefer to cancel the account completely you can select the Cancel your subscription link below the billing modal.
