To sync all your users to an email provider, first you must make sure that all your users have provided you with an email address as well as their consent to receive emails from you.
Then on your Subscribe to a Newsletter action, check the Mandatory option. This will force all users to complete this action before claiming an entry.
You can either collect emails from your entrants using the Subscribe to a Newsletter action, or through the User Details form.
