Yes, if you modify an active Competition, the changes will be reflected once you save your campaign.
We have seen some Gleam customers use the Question action as a customer survey tool, periodically changing the questions throughout the campaign once they have received enough responses for a particular question. This is a great way to diversify your campaign by seeking for more qualitative data from entrants.
To review your existing responses for a Question action, go to an existing campaign's Entries/Actions tab and filter the entries to your Question action.
At this point, you can review the responses directly from our Entries tab, or you can export the filtered data by clicking on Export on the top right corner, above the 🗓 icon.
There are two ways to do this:
On the Entries report, responses for the new Question will remain logged in your previous Question. This update does not affect your existing responses. The old responses will remain valid entries, and they will continue to appear in your report.
On the Entries report, responses for the new question will be logged as a new Question. While entrants cannot answer the previous Question anymore, this will not affect your existing responses. The old responses will remain valid entries, and they will continue to appear in your report.
