How Do I Recover an Existing Contestant Account?

If you're having trouble logging into your linked social accounts (e.g. your linked social account has been deleted and is preventing you from successfully logging into your Gleam account) you can recover your account with the email address you used to login to the Gleam campaign.

What Should I Do If My Login Has Expired?

Usually this means we cannot connect to your social network account anymore, so you need to reconnect them through the widget.

  1. To recover your account, select Email when prompted to log in to your existing account.

  2. Then, select Send Recovery Code.

  3. You'll receive an 8 character, alphanumeric code in your email, paste this code into the Competition widget. Alternatively, click on the magic link in our email.

  4. You'll be able to login & complete entries once you enter the correct recovery code.

What Should I Do If My Email Is Already In Use?

You will need to log out of your current account and sign in using the email that is already in use. It may be connected to one of your social media accounts.

How Do I Login to My Existing Account?

You can login to an existing Gleam contestant account with a previously connected social network account.

I'm Getting A Login Loop, How Do I Fix?

You need to sign in using the same social network account that you previously connected to Gleam. The social account must also be linked to the email address you're trying to sign in with.

How Do I Unlink Social Media Accounts?

To unlink a social media account linked to your Gleam contestant account, click on Edit from the widget.
