The experience
Overlooking the Kilpatrick Hills and the rushing waters of the River Clyde, JA Mar Hall is a five-star country house hotel set within 240 acres of park and woodland. The historic estate, located just 20 minutes from Glasgow, recently underwent a £20m refurbishment. Its grand, 19th-century gothic facade conceals spacious suites, a luxurious spa and a private screening room, not to mention a cocktail lounge and contemporary dining spots where Scotland’s culinary heritage is given pride of place. The prize
The winner and a guest of their choice will enjoy two nights in a suite at JA Mar Hall, with breakfast and dinner served each night. The trip also includes return travel to Glasgow aboard theCaledonian Sleeperin a Club En-suite room for two. Breakfast, guest lounge access at the station and priority access to the onboard Club Car are all provided.
