How Do I Change My Account Email?

You can change your Gleam account email under the Profile tab.

The email address you used to sign up to Gleam is your account email address. We use this email address to send you notifications about your Gleam campaigns or activity related to your account.


We also use your email address to verify account ownership, so make sure you always have access to it.

To change your account email address:

  1. Click on your profile name on the sidebar

  2. Click on the Profile tab

  3. Enter a new email address in the email field. For security reasons, the current password field will appear and prompt you to enter your password

  4. Click on Save Changes, and wait for a verification email to be sent to your new email address

  5. Click on the link in the email to finish the verification process


Remember that your account email address will not be changed until you verify your new email.
