Do You Offer a Free Trial Period?

No, we don't offer free trials. Competitions has a Free plan instead, and you can run live campaigns on it with real entrants before you pay anything. The Free plan features show what's included, and pricing shows what each paid plan adds.

A paid month works differently from a trial. We'll refund your most recent charge only if, in the period it paid for, you had no campaign running and didn't use any paid feature. If you upgrade and use a paid feature on a live campaign, that month isn't refundable.

So the safest way to try Gleam:

1. Build and run a campaign on the Free plan
2. Note the feature you're missing, and check which plan it's on at pricing
3. Upgrade when you're ready to use it, and cancel your plan once your campaign ends
