To cancel your Gleam plan, click your profile name in the sidebar, select Plans, then Manage Plan and cancel your subscription. Note: removing your card does not cancel the plan. Read on for the full steps and what to do if you were charged after cancelling.

To cancel your Gleam plan, click your profile name in the sidebar, select the Plans tab, then click Manage Plan and select cancel your subscription at the bottom of the modal.

If you manage multiple Gleam sites, confirm you're on the correct site before cancelling. The site name is shown in the sidebar.

Important: Removing your payment card does not cancel your subscription. It only removes it as a saved payment method for future purchases and add-ons. To stop recurring charges, you must complete the cancellation step above.

What happens after you cancel:

Your plan will show as Expires (rather than Renews) on the Plans tab. That's your confirmation it went through. You'll keep full access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan. Your campaigns and data are not deleted.

Tip

Once you cancel your plan, you can still access the features you paid for until your subscription period lapses.

If you have active campaigns using paid features:

After cancelling, you'll receive an email listing any campaigns using paid features that would be affected. If no action is taken, those campaigns will move to finished when your plan expires. To keep them running, remove the paid features before your plan ends.

I cancelled but was still charged — what do I do?

This can happen if you cancelled after your renewal date had already passed. Check the Plans tab to confirm cancellation went through (status should show Expires). If you believe the charge was an error, reach out via the Support tab inside your dashboard (this automatically links your account) or through the Contact page. See also: What's Your Refund Policy?
