Can I Pay by Invoice Instead of Using a Credit Card?

Yes, Gleam supports manual invoicing for Business or Premium plans when paid yearly. See below for details on eligibility and how to submit your request.

If your business requires invoice-based payments, Gleam provides this option for all apps and package plans at the Business or Premium level when billed annually. This is helpful for businesses that need to raise a purchase order or go through an internal approval process, as it removes the need to pay by card at checkout.

Monthly plans, or those on the Hobby or Pro tiers, are not eligible for invoicing and must be paid via credit card, debit card, or Shopify billing (where applicable). Learn more about accepted payment methods.

If you would like to proceed with invoicing for a Yearly plan on one or more Gleam apps, please email hello@gleam.io and include the following details:

  • Contact Name
  • Contact Email Address
  • Business Name
  • Business Address
  • Confirm the app(s) and plan(s) you wish to purchase
  • Preferred start date for the plan

Once we receive your details, we will send over the invoice. After the invoice is paid, we will apply the credit to your account and activate the plan accordingly.
