How Customisable Are The Capture Banner Templates?
Gleam banner templates are highly customisable. You can adjust layout, positioning, animations, branding, and messaging without touching code.
Here’s what you can control inside the Design tab:
- Sticky – Moves with scroll
- Static – Fixed in position
- Scroll – Hides when scrolling down, reappears when scrolling up
- Top of page
- Bottom of page
- Left side
- Right side
- Optional pixel offsets to avoid conflicts with live chat or other plugins
- Control overall banner width
- Fully responsive (mobile display unaffected)
- Upload foreground images (depending on variation)
- Use background images
- Apply solid colors or gradients
- Match seasonal or brand themes
- Edit heading text
- Adjust main body text
- Change CTA button text
- Modify form placeholders
- Add or remove optional sections like subtext or secondary buttons
You can also remove sections entirely by deleting their content (except the required primary action).
- Choose from 500+ supported fonts
- Adjust fonts per section (heading, body, button)
Good copy and layout testing can significantly improve performance, so experiment with variations that match your campaign goal.
You can also control who sees your banner by applying targeting rules based on URL, device, location, or behavior.
For advanced styling, use the CSS Tab to override or refine the default design.
