Does Gleam Have an API?
Yes, Gleam has an API, currently in beta, that lets you work with your campaigns from your own systems.
You find it in Site Settings under API (BETA). That tab lets you generate API tokens, test calls in an API Explorer and copy code snippets in Ruby and Node.js. Requests authenticate with an Authorization header that holds the word Token, a space, then your token. The endpoints cover Competitions, Rewards and Captures, along with their Actions.
- Check you're on the Premium Plan. The API is a Premium feature, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
- Open Site Settings and go to the API (BETA) tab.
- Generate a token.
- Try a call in the API Explorer, then copy a snippet into your own code.
