What Is Blended CAC?

Blended CAC is your total customer-acquisition spend across every channel — paid ads, giveaways, content, everything — divided by the total number of customers won in the same period.

Unlike channel-level CAC, it shows the true cost of growth when channels feed each other: for example, when a small paid spend seeds a giveaway that then converts customers for free on owned channels. It's the number that matters most when you're running paid and incentivised acquisition together.
