How are Rewards Delivered?
Your Reward shows in the widget as soon as someone completes the number of redemption methods you set in Actions required to unlock. What they get depends on the Reward Type on the Reward tab:
- Coupon Code: the code appears in the widget. One code is shared by everyone, several give each person their own.
- Download: a download button appears, labelled with your Claim Text.
- Link: your link appears for them to open.
- Redirect: we send them straight to your URL when they claim.
- On the Pre-Entry tab, switch on Capture User Details so we have an address to send to.
- On the Post Redeem tab, switch on Post-Entry Redemption Email. The preview shows what people will get.
- On the Business Plan and above, switch on Custom Confirmation Email to write your own, with tokens like
CODEandCONTESTANT_FIRST_NAME.
Note
Switch off Display Reward in Widget and people won't see the Reward on screen. We turn on Capture User Details for you, and you'll need to email each person their code or link yourself.
