What Currency Do You Charge In?

All Gleam plans are charged in USD, regardless of where you are in the world.

Your bank or credit card provider will convert the charge to your local currency at their current exchange rate, which may include a small foreign transaction fee. Please confirm this with your bank.

If your payment was declined: Gleam is an Australian company, so even though we charge in USD, the transaction may be flagged as international by your bank. If your card was blocked, you'll need to contact your bank or card provider to lift the restriction on international purchases before trying again.

Australian customers: GST is absorbed into the cost of your plan; there are no additional charges.

VAT: We don't charge VAT, but if you need to add VAT details to your invoices, you can do so by updating your Billing Contact information under the Billing tab. Learn more about adding your VAT information.
