Can I Restrict Popups to Only Show in Certain Locations?

Yes. Captures have Geo-location rules that decide where your popup shows.

1. Open your Capture and go to the Targeting tab.
2. Click Add New Rule and choose Geo-location.
3. Pick the rule you need:
   • Country: show the Capture only to visitors from the countries you choose.
   • Geofence: draw an area on the map, like the streets around your shop, and show it only to visitors inside it.
   • Language: show it based on the visitor's browser language.
4. Save your Capture.

Rules in the same group must all match. So a Country rule plus an On Exit rule shows your Capture only to visitors from those countries who are about to leave.

We work out location from the visitor's IP address, so anyone on a VPN may be shown or hidden the wrong popup.
