How Can I Review Entries?

Open your Competition and click the Actions tab. You'll see each entrant's details and the Actions they've completed.

To act on several entries at once, tick their rows (the header checkbox selects the current page only). The bulk toolbar then lets you mark them Valid or Invalid, Archive or Unarchive them, or Delete them. Each row's status menu also has:

• Invalidate: If you suspect an entrant is cheating or did not complete the action legitimately, you can manually invalidate their entry.
• Make Winner: If you're picking winners by hand, use this to mark an entrant as a winner. Manual Winners needs the Pro Plan and above.
• Delete: You can use this setting to delete test entries.

An entry marked invalid with a ! icon is one we flagged as suspicious, or one you invalidated. Invalid entries are left out of your winner draw. If you think one is genuine, choose Make Valid from its row's status menu, or select it and click Valid in the bulk toolbar.
