How Do I Send Users to My Email List When Entering a Reward?
There are two ways to collect emails from a Reward:
This sends emails straight to your email provider.
- Open your Reward's How to Redeem tab and add Subscribe to a Newsletter.
- Click Add Email Integration and connect your provider. If yours isn't supported, skip this and export the emails instead.
Here's what people see:
This doesn't sync to a provider, so you export the emails yourself.
- On the Pre-Entry tab, turn on Capture User Details.
- Optionally turn on Pre-Entry Login and keep Email in Allow login with... so people log in before they see your methods.
To export, open the Actions tab on your Reward's summary and download the CSV.
Caution
Only email people who agreed to marketing. On the Business Plan and above, you can add a consent checkbox with Add Field on the Pre-Entry tab.
