What Data Can I Access on the Free Plan?
On the Free plan you get winner data. Open a Competition, go to the Winners tab and click Export Winners to download the winning entries and each winner's details. Everyone else's name and email shows as hidden or Anonymous on the Free plan.
The rest of your data needs a paid plan:
- Entry Data: every Action completed in a Competition, with entrants' responses and opt-in consents, from the Actions / Entries tab. Hobby and above.
- User Data: one list of everyone who has entered any campaign on your site, with their action history and linked social accounts, from Users in the sidebar. Pro and above.
- Media Data: a zip of the photos, videos and files entrants upload. Business and above.
- Referrer Reporting: the pages and sites sending you entrants, on the Reporting tab. Business and above.
The Free plan also doesn't include the Custom Action, which starts on Hobby.
You don't lose anything by starting free. Your entries stay in the Competition, so you can upgrade later and export them then.
