The Email Provider I Use Doesn't Integrate With Gleam, What Should I Do?

You can export your Gleam users as a CSV file, then manually import the list into your preferred email provider.

We try our best to integrate with major email providers where possible, but there are some providers that are not yet available on our platform.

To check if your preferred email provider is available on Gleam, refer to our list of email marketing platform integrations.

You can use these integrations to automatically sync Gleam contestants or leads with your email provider.

If an integration is not available, there are still ways for you to add contacts to a third-party email provider.

Here are your options if an email provider is not available on Gleam:

You can manually export your Entry or User data from Gleam in a CSV file. You'll have to manually import this list into your preferred email provider.

Can I Export Emails From Competition Users?

You can export your User data through the Action tab for a specific campaign, or through the User tab for site-wide data.

You can export leads from Capture through Lead data for a specific Capture, or through User data for your whole Site.

On the Pro plan and above, you can use our Zapier integration to sync your Gleam contestants or leads with your email provider.

First, check that your email provider is supported by Zapier. Then, refer to our documentation for the rest of Zapier's setup instructions.
