Must I Pay to Enter a Campaign?
No, not all entry methods require a payment to enter. If you have been asked to make a payment in a sweepstakes or giveaway campaign, and you reside in a country where No Purchase Necessary laws are enforced, then you can claim a free entry alternative through the terms & conditions area.
Note
This does not apply to campaigns where an element of skill is involved. For example, a photo contest where winners are chosen by a panel of judges.
