Why Won't Discord Actions Complete in Gleam?

A Discord Action that won't complete is usually fixed by revoking Gleam in Discord and connecting again from scratch.

The Action needs Gleam to appear as an authorised app in your Discord account. If that permission was revoked earlier and not granted cleanly again, the check fails without an error message, even after you've joined the server.

1. In your Discord settings, open Authorised Apps, find Gleam and click Revoke.
2. Go back to the Competition and connect Discord again from scratch.
3. Check that you actually join the server. Authorising Discord on its own doesn't count as joining.
4. Try a different browser.

If you're the host, check the invite link behind your Discord Action. Invite links expire after 24 hours by default, so set yours to never expire.
