How Do I Organise a Raffle on My Twitter Page?
Post your prize on X with simple entry rules, like reply or repost, and pick a winner at random when it closes. Keep it free to enter. A raffle where people buy tickets counts as a lottery in most places and usually needs a licence (this isn't legal advice).
For a small one, copy the handles that replied into our Random Name Picker and draw on screen.
For a bigger one, run it in Gleam:
- Create a Competition and set your prize and end date.
- On the How to Enter tab, add X Actions such as Follow or Repost.
- Post your landing page link on X and pin the post.
- When it ends, draw winners on the Winners tab.
Entrants log in with X, so you know each account is theirs. Nothing checks that they actually followed or reposted, so check your winners by hand before you announce them. Read X's guidelines for promotions before you post.
