You still need to flag the paid action yourself. When an entry method asks for a purchase or donation, open its settings and select A Purchase or Donation is Required to Complete This Action. After that, we add a free entry alternative to your Terms & Conditions and show it only to entrants in countries where one is legally required.

This works on the actions that can involve payment: Custom Action, Eventbrite event and venue attendance and Twitch subscriber bonuses. Free actions such as email sign-ups and visits don't need an alternative.
