How Can I Promote My Rewards Campaign?

Promote your Reward where people already pay attention to you: your email list, your social channels and your website.

Your email subscribers are the people most likely to claim a reward and pass it on, so send them the link first.

Share the reward on every social channel you use, then post it again a week or two later with a reminder of what people get. Pin the first post on X or your Facebook Page so it stays at the top.

People on your site are already interested, so put the Reward where they'll see it:

  1. Run it in a tab that floats across your site and opens when someone clicks. You can use the default design or upload your own image.
  2. Embed it in a page or point a dedicated URL at it.
  3. Build a popup or notification bar in Capture that announces the reward.
  4. Add a Rewards or Discounts tab to your navigation menu.

You can also add the reward to your Linktree or use a QR code on packaging or in a shop.

Most giveaway tactics work for Rewards too, and our Contest Promotion Guide has more. Check your reporting a few days in. If one channel sends most of your claims, put more effort there.
