How Do I Delete My Gleam Account?

Delete it yourself from the Account page in your dashboard. Export your data and delete your Sites first, because deletion can't be undone.

You can delete your Gleam customer account yourself from the dashboard. You don't need to contact Support.

Before You Delete

Cancel your plan if it's set to renew. We can't delete the account while a paid plan is renewing.
Export your campaign and entrant data, including any media or files entrants sent in.
Delete every Site on the account. Click your profile name in the sidebar, select Sites and delete each one. (New to Sites? See how Sites work.)

Click your profile name in the sidebar and select Account.
Type the confirmation statement into the field: "I confirm I would like to delete my account"
Click Delete My Account.

Caution

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Make sure you've exported your data and removed every Site first.

Only want to stop paying? Cancelling your plan moves you to the Free plan and keeps your campaigns and data.

Contestant profiles can't be deleted from the dashboard. Email privacy@gleam.io from the address you entered with and include this statement:

"I understand that deleting my profile will void any entries to contests that I have entered."
