How Do I Delete My Gleam Account?
You can delete your Gleam customer account directly from your account settings. There is no need to contact support for account removal.
Before You Delete
Log in to your account dashboard and complete this checklist before deletion:
- Export all campaign and user data, including any media or document files submitted by your users.
- Delete all sites associated with your account. Click your profile name in the sidebar, select Sites, and delete each site from that page.
How to Delete Your Account
- Click your profile name in the sidebar and select Account.
- On your account page, type the confirmation statement in the field provided:
"I confirm I would like to delete my account"
- Click Delete My Account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have exported all data and removed all sites before proceeding.
Have a Contestant Account?
If you also have a Gleam contestant account, self-service deletion is not available for that profile. To delete a contestant account, email privacy@gleam.io from the associated email address and include the following statement:
"I understand that deleting my profile will void any entries to contests that I have entered."
