How Do I Export Viral Share Data?

Export your Competition's entries from the Actions tab. Every successful referral is saved as an entry on your Viral Share Action, so it's in the same CSV as everything else.

1. Open your Competition and go to the Actions tab.
2. Click Export in the top right corner.
3. In the CSV, filter the Action column to your Viral Share Action.

Each Viral Share row belongs to the entrant who shared, and its Details column shows the email (or name) of the friend they referred. Count the rows for each entrant to see who brought in the most people.

Want the totals without a spreadsheet? The Viral Shares report on the Reporting tab shows how many entrants shared, how many clicks their links got, how many of those clicks became entrants, and your top sharers.
