What Happens to My Data if I End My Competitions Subscription?

Your data is kept for a retention period after your plan ends. Then finished Competitions are archived and non-winning entries deleted, so export first.

Nothing disappears straight away. When your paid Competitions plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan and we keep your data for a retention period. The cancel screen shows how long that is for your account.

Here's what changes:

Active Competitions that use paid features end when the subscription expires.
Entry data from Competitions you ran on a paid plan stays exportable from each Competition's Actions / Entries tab during the retention period. The Actions / Entries tab shows how.
When the retention period ends, finished Competitions move to the Archive tab and their non-winning entry data is permanently deleted. Winners and their winning entries are kept, but reporting data is removed. You can still copy the Competition.
The site-wide Users tab locks on Free and shows only a preview, and Export Media needs the Business Plan or above.
Export what you need before your plan ends, so you're not relying on the retention period.

Delete it yourself from the Account page in your dashboard. Export your data and delete your Sites first, because deletion can't be undone.
