Can I Extend a Finished Campaign?
Yes. Move the end date to a later date and your Competition reopens, keeping every entry it already has.
- Open the Competition in the editor.
- On the Setup tab, change Ends to the new date and time.
- Click Update Competition.
The widget starts taking entries again straight away.
Before you reopen it:
- Winners: if you've already drawn them, tell them about the delay, or draw again only once the new end date passes.
- Terms: check your Terms & Conditions and any posts announcing the end date still match.
- Don't keep pushing it back. Extending a campaign over and over to avoid awarding prizes breaks our Terms of Service and can get it disabled. One extension with a clear reason, like a delayed launch, is fine.
