Can I Use This Template for a 12-Month Giveaway?
You can run one Competition for a year without rebuilding it every month. The New Year Monthly Prize Draw template is set up for it, and the steps are the same for any template:
- On the Prizes tab, add one prize per draw. For 12 monthly winners, that's 12 prizes.
- On the Setup tab, set the end date to your final draw date.
- Each month, open the Winners tab, choose how many winners to draw and click Draw. You can draw winners at any time during the campaign.
- After you've picked the winner, archive the entries so the next draw starts fresh. Your old data stays in the Actions tab.
Add a Daily or Timed Bonus action to keep entrants coming back each month.
