How Can I Turn Off Post Entry-Emails?

If you do not wish to receive post-entry confirmation emails anymore, just click on 'turn them off' the next time you receive a notification from us.

Click turn them off in the footer of the next post-entry confirmation email you get. Every one of these emails carries that link.

Getting emails from Gleam itself, such as news and tips for people who run campaigns? Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any of them.

How Do I Change the Details I Entered a Giveaway With?

Click Edit next to your login details in any Gleam giveaway to update them. Answers to a host's own questions, like gender, belong to that host.

Why Aren't Entrants Getting My Post-Entry Email?

Check Post-Entry Confirmation Email is switched on in your Competition's Post-Entry tab. Entrants who turned Gleam emails off won't get it.
