Why Can't I Log In to the Gleam.io Website?

Gleam.io has two distinct types of users, and the login on the Gleam.io website is for customers.

Customers are brands and businesses that create and host competitions. If you've entered or are trying to enter a competition, you're a contestant, and contestants don't use passwords, or have a dashboard on Gleam.io.

"No account found" or not receiving a password reset email?

If you're seeing a "no account found" message or aren't receiving a password reset email at gleam.io, this confirms you don't have a customer account, which is expected. The Gleam.io website login is for customers only, and password resets there won't apply to contestants. To enter or return to a competition, head back to the competition page directly.

How contestants enter competitions

To enter a Gleam competition, you don't need to create an account. Simply visit the competition page and provide your name and email address to get started. If you've previously entered a competition and authorized a social login, you may also have the option to log in using that social account.

If you need to make changes to your entry

Entries can't be edited once submitted. If you entered incorrect details, like a misspelled email address, you'll need to contact the competition organizer directly. Their contact details are usually listed in the terms and conditions linked in the footer of the competition widget.

If you want your data deleted

If you'd like your contestant data removed, you can contact the organizer to have your entries deleted from their campaign, or reach out to Gleam at privacy@gleam.io to have your contestant account deleted entirely. Note that deleting your account will remove your entries from all competitions you've entered.
