How Do I Sync All Users With My Mail Provider?

Check the Mandatory option on your Subscribe to a Newsletter action to force user entry before they can redeem your Reward.

To sync all your users to an email provider, first you must make sure that all your users have provided you with an email address as well as their consent to receive emails from you.

Then on your Subscribe to a Newsletter action, check the Mandatory option. This will force all users to complete this action before claiming an entry.
