Can I Require All Actions to Be Completed Before Awarding Entries?

In Gleam, every action must be assigned a minimum of one entry. It is not possible to create actions worth zero entries or delay awarding entries until all actions have been completed.

If you want to ensure participants complete multiple required actions before being eligible for the prize draw, there is a recommended workaround. You can run your campaign with all required actions set as mandatory, then add a final Bonus Action that is locked until the required actions are completed. Learn more about Bonus Actions here: Bonus Actions.

In your campaign description and terms, clearly state that participants must complete the final bonus action to be eligible for the draw. You can rename this action to something like “Complete Your Entry” to make it clear.

When selecting a winner, export only the entries associated with that final action and use Gleam’s Quick Draws tool to draw from that filtered list. You can learn more about this feature here: Quick Draws.

This approach ensures that only participants who complete all required steps are included in the final winner selection.
