How Do I Confirm My Gleam Email?
Enter the 8-character code from the Confirm Your Gleam Email message in the sign-up form, or click the link in that email to confirm automatically. Replying to the email doesn't confirm anything, so you'll need to do one of those two.
We send this email when you sign up for a Gleam account to run your own campaigns, and you can start building them once your address is confirmed.
Can't find the email?
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from hello@gleam.io.
- Make sure you signed up with the address you're checking. A typo sends the code somewhere else.
- Still nothing after a few minutes? Contact us with the address you signed up with.
