How Do I Reset My Gleam Password?
Click Forgot Password? on the Gleam login page, enter the email address on your Gleam account, then click the link in the Reset password instructions email we send you. You don't need to know your current password.
If the reset email doesn't arrive:
- Check spam, junk and promotions for an email from hello@gleam.io
- Try any other address you might have signed up with
- If you signed up with Google, Facebook, Microsoft or Apple, log in with that button on the login page instead
Tip
Trying to enter a giveaway? Entries don't use a password. Choose Email at the giveaway's login prompt and click Send Recovery Code. The steps are in How Do I Recover an Existing Contestant Account?
Once you're back in, think about turning on two-factor authentication so a leaked password alone can't open your account.
