Why Was I Charged After I Cancelled My Plan?
Cancelling stops your next renewal. It doesn't undo a renewal that's already gone through. If your renewal date passed before you cancelled, that charge paid for the new period, and you keep your paid features until it ends.
To check the cancellation worked, click your profile name in the sidebar and open the Plans tab. Your plan should show Expires rather than Renews. If it still says Renews, the cancellation didn't finish, so go through cancelling your plan again. Pausing a campaign or removing your card doesn't cancel the plan.
Usually, yes. We'll refund your most recent charge if, in the period it paid for, you had no campaign running and didn't use any paid feature. A yearly plan qualifies only if you cancel within its first month and haven't run a live campaign. Charges before the most recent one aren't refundable.
Message us from the Support tab in your dashboard, or use the Contact page with the email on your Gleam account. A cleared charge takes 5 to 10 business days to reach you.
Ask us before you dispute the charge with your bank. A chargeback locks the payment with the card network and makes a direct refund harder.
