Does Gleam Pick the Winner For Me?

Yes — Gleam has a built-in random winner draw tool. But you run the draw, verify the entries, and handle the prize. Gleam doesn't email winners or ship prizes — that's on you.

The process, in order:

1. Draw the winner. Open your campaign's Winners tab and click Draw. Gleam picks randomly from valid entries using Random.org for true randomness. You can also hide winner details on screen when drawing live on stream or in front of an audience.

2. Verify the entries. Most actions are auto-verified via API. A few — like TikTok and Threads follows — need manual verification because those platforms don't provide a verification API. Always check the winner's social handles before announcing.

3. Contact the winner. Find their email address in the Winners panel and message them directly. Set a 48–72 hour response deadline.

4. Fulfil the prize. Shipping, gift cards, codes — handled by you, not Gleam.

5. Announce publicly. Update the campaign page, post on social, email your entrants.

If your winner doesn't respond within your deadline, you can redraw from the remaining valid entries.
