I'm Getting a Login Loop, How Do I Fix?
You need to sign in using the same social network account that you previously connected to Gleam. The social account must also be linked to the email address you're trying to sign in with.
We sometimes receive queries from users who are unable to login to a social account that has previously been connected to their Gleam account.

Since these accounts act as your password, you are required to sign into one social account that you have previously connected to Gleam (and the associated email address you are trying to use) in order to login to your existing Gleam account.
If you don't login with the proper account you'll be forced to try to login again. This is often perceived as a login loop, because for security reasons we don't specifically tell you which account to use, or if you logged into an incorrect account.
The most common reasons you may encounter this issue are:
- You are logging into the wrong social account
- You have Settings > Safari > Prevent Cross Site Tracking enabled
- You've changed social accounts and still have the old one linked to Gleam
- You've removed Gleam's permission from accessing your social media account before unlinking it from the widget's Edit tab
If you lost access to a linked social network account, you can recover your Gleam contestant account through email verification.
You can login to an existing Gleam contestant account with a previously connected social network account.
You will need to log out of your current account and sign in using the email that is already in use. It may be connected to one of your social media accounts.
