Why Does My Campaign Say 'Promotion Disabled'?
Our compliance team has disabled the promotion over a Terms of Service concern, usually about winners or prizes. To get it reviewed:
- Reply to our email, or use our contact form if you didn't get one.
- Send proof, like past winner announcements, messages with winners and prize purchase or shipping receipts.
- If you think we got it wrong, say so and include anything that supports your case.
Either way, you'll have 72 hours to respond. Sometimes we ask for verification first. Sometimes we disable the account straight away and wait for your evidence. Severe violations can mean suspension without notice, and we can't promise reinstatement before the team reviews your evidence.
- Winners from earlier campaigns weren't drawn through Gleam, finalised or announced, or were fake
- A current or past prize hasn't been delivered
- The prize looks out of reach for the host, or depends on an unrealistic target
- The campaign keeps getting extended, or exists only to profit from referral links
- The host appears to be under age, or opened a new account after an earlier violation
Drawing winners through Gleam keeps a record you can point to. The rules are in our terms.
