How Do I Host a Giveaway on My Blog Using Gleam?

Paste your Competition's embed code into the blog post. It takes a couple of minutes.

  1. Finish setting up your Competition, then open its install options and pick Embed in a Page or Blog Post.
  2. Copy the embed code.
  3. In your blog editor, switch to HTML or code mode (WordPress calls it Text mode, Blogger calls it HTML mode) and paste the code where you want the giveaway.
  4. Publish the post and check it on your phone. On narrow screens, entrants see an Enter Competition button that opens a mobile landing page.

Embedding Gleam in a page or blog post has the steps for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer and Blogger.

Some platforms won't run the embed script. WordPress.com without plugins is one, and so are the free plans on Squarespace and Webflow. On those, link to your Competition's hosted landing page from the post instead. You can embed the same Competition on as many sites as you like, so a partner blog can run it too.
