How to Always See Facebook Posts From Your Favourite Pages

Here's how you can make sure you're seeing posts from all your favourite Facebook pages.

Learn how to prioritise posts from your favourite Facebook pages and never miss an update.

Whenever you like a page on Facebook you have essentially opted in to receiving updates or posts from that page in your Newsfeed. Unfortunately Facebook has slowly been making changes over time to reduce the chance that you actually end up seeing these posts, to the point where brands now need to promote posts to properly reach their intended audience.

This is extremely frustrating for any brand, especially when you use Facebook to provide product updates or things that users need to see.

Fortunately, as a user there’s a few things you can do to improve the chances of these posts showing up in your news feed.

If you visit a page you have liked on Facebook you have the option of subscribing to notifications.

You can easily do this by clicking on the dropdown menu under Following and selecting All On (Posts) under Notifications.

However, you often won’t want to be notified by every post – so only use this approach for the important pages you want updates from.

The Following dropdown menu also has several options under In Your Newsfeed.

If you select See First you will see new posts from the page as they are posted so you don't have to worry about missing any updates.

This is a fantastic way to make sure you're always seeing posts from your favourite pages, but it can be quite time consuming to individually go through every page you want to prioritize updates from.

Luckily you can use your Newsfeed Preferences to make the whole process a lot easier.

To access your Newsfeed Preferences you need to click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner of the Facebook homepage and select Newsfeed Preferences.

You then need to select Prioritize who to see first.

You can then filter the list by Pages only to see a complete list of all the pages you follow on Facebook.

From this list all you need to do is click on each page you want to prioritise posts from. A star and a See First message will appear on each page you select so you can easily keep track of which pages you are prioritizing.

When you select See First on a Facebook page you will see posts from that page in your Newsfeed as they are posted so you can always see new posts and updates from all of your favourite pages.

These tactics will help you stay more in tune with brands that don’t naturally promote all their posts on Facebook.
