Ask for as little as you need. Name and email are always collected, and every extra field is one more reason to quit.

Name and email are always on the form. Anything more has to earn its place.

Open the Pre-Entry tab and click Add Field only for what you need to run the campaign, like a postcode to ship a prize.
Ask for the rest after entry, from winners only.
Reorder fields by dragging them.

Preset fields include Address, Phone, Zip, Postcode, State, Country and Terms & Conditions. Your own custom fields are on the Business Plan and above. Extra fields don't sync with email providers yet, so use webhooks if you need them elsewhere.
