Can I Connect My Giveaway Campaign With My CRM or Sales Tools?
You have four routes:
- HubSpot: on the Business Plan and above. Go to Settings > Integrations, turn on HubSpot and connect your account. See HubSpot.
- Salesforce: on the Premium Plan and above, from the same Integrations page. See Salesforce.
- Zapier: on the Pro Plan and above. It only triggers from the Subscribe to Newsletter Action, so your campaign needs one. See Zapier.
- Webhooks: Integration Webhooks fire for Subscribe Actions and include custom fields, but they take 5 to 10 minutes because entries pass through our fraud filter first. Post Entry Webhooks, on the Premium Plan, send a POST for every Action completed. See webhooks.
Custom fields don't sync with email providers yet, so use webhooks if you need them in your CRM.
To test, enter the Subscribe Action manually from your campaign dashboard. Admin entries are invalidated, so make the entry valid on the Actions tab. It should appear in your CRM within a few minutes.
