We’ve fixed an issue affecting the Subscribe on Messenger action!

Due to Meta’s deprecation of the Send to Messenger plugin, this action was temporarily broken. We have now implemented a fix, allowing users to once again direct traffic to their Facebook Page on Messenger and initiate conversations with contestants as usual.

Instagram API Changes

The Instagram Basic Display API by Meta has been deprecated in December 2024, which means personal Instagram accounts are no longer supported via the official API.

We are unfortunately no longer able to support the following actions:

Submit Media > Instagram action
Instagram > Select a Photo actions
Social media account verification for contestants via Instagram login

We understand that these changes deeply affect customers who are running Instagram photo contests. We are currently experimenting with how you can continue running photo contest campaigns on Instagram. In the meantime, we apologise for the inconvenience.
