Hide Winners For Live Draws

Hide winner details during live draws or streams. Mask names and contact info while you draw, verify, and contact winners in Gleam.

You can now hide winner information during your winner draws.

When enabled, we blur winner names, emails and location information so you can draw winners on Live Streams, when screen sharing or in front of a live audience without accidentally exposing entrants information to the world.

How it works

Toggle Hide winner details on the winners tab to hide any existing winners
When drawing new winners you can toggle Hide Winners to automatically blue them as you draw
Toggle Hide Winners at any time to reveal the information you need to verify & contact your winners!

Quick Draws: Pending and Drawn Tab

You’ll now see a new Pending and Drawn tab when using the Instagram Comment Picker.

This update means you can refresh the page without losing an active draw.

If a draw is still in progress, it will appear under Pending, and once it’s finished you’ll find it under Drawn.

These two tabs make it easier to access draws that are still running and revisit ones you’ve already completed.

Pre-Fill Default Social Media Accounts

Pre-Fill Social Media Account Links in your Gleam Campaigns, you can find this under Site Settings.

You can now save default social media account details on your Gleam site. When you use a social media entry method in any campaign, Gleam will remember your default account and automatically pre-fill those values. Save time on your campaign setup by filling them up in advance.

Users with existing campaigns, this has already been done for you. We pre-filled them for you based on the last social media action that you used in a campaign 😎

You can find default settings in Site > Settings > Default Social Profiles. You can change them anytime.

Quick Draws: Participation Limit Filter

You can now filter for participation on our Instagram Comment Picker tool using the participation limit filter.

Some times you might want to enforce a participation limit per user on an Instagram giveaway. Use this filter to limit the number of times a user can leave comments to count towards their chances of winning. When the filter is disabled, every comment that is entered from the same user stands a chance to be drawn as the winner. When you set a limit, only that number of entries are considered towards the winning draw.

This can help prevent spam entries from the same user.

Quick Draws: Number of Mentions Filter

You can now filter for winners on our Instagram Comment Picker tool using the number of mentions filter.

Typically Instagram giveaways require participants to leave a comment on their Instagram post and tag 2-3 other people to share the campaign forward. Use this filter to make sure that when you draw an Instagram giveaway winner that they have indeed fulfilled your campaign requirements.
