Pinterest Actions
This documentation covers the actions that we support via Pinterest.

If a user tries to perform certain Pinterest actions via Gleam they will be asked to authenticate the Gleam Competitions app to perform certain actions on their behalf.
The Pinterest Entry action allows you to award an entry for logging into Pinterest within the widget. The action has two states, you can award the entry right away, or you can optionally ask the user to Follow your Pinterest page after login.
Following is a completely optional step & cannot be mandatory for the action to be completed.
The Pinterest Visit action allows you to ask a user to visit a specific Pinterest page. If they like the content they might interact with your page or comment on some of your pins. They will also have the option to Follow the page after visiting, this is a completely optional step.
When setting up the action you will only need the username of the Pinterest page and select whether you would like to ask users to optionally follow this page after visiting.
Users cannot complete the action until they visit the Pinterest page, after which they can show their appreciation by also Following it (provided they like the content).
Following is a completely optional step & cannot be mandatory for the action to be completed.
The Select a Pin action allows you to ask users to select a specific Pin from their profile to submit into the contest. This allows you to accept Pins from users into a photo competition or a collage. The Pin must be existing on the users profile, we do not offer ways to incentivise users to create Pins (as this is again the Pinterest TOS).
You are able to give this action a name and provide detailed instructions on the type of Pin you would like the user to submit from Pinterest.
You can also restrict the selection by #hashtag so the user can select only from Pins with a specific campaign related #hashtag.
The Select a Board action allows you to ask users to select a specific Board from their profile to submit into the contest. This allows you to ask users to create an inspirational board, then submit it into the contest for consideration.
You are able to give this action a name and provide detailed instructions on the type of Board you would like the user to submit from Pinterest.
