Site Users
The Users page lists everyone who has entered your Site's campaigns, with a profile for each person.
Users lists everyone who has entered a campaign on your Site. Each row shows their total Actions, Wins and Rewards, the social accounts they've linked, and whether they subscribed to your Competitions or your newsletter. Open your Site and click Users in the sidebar.
Search by name or email, or use the campaign filter to see the users from one campaign. Export Users downloads the list as a CSV file, and we email it to you if the export takes a while.
On the Free Plan you only see your three most active users. Full data, profiles, search and export need the Competitions Pro Plan & above.
Click a user to open their profile. The Activity section has four tabs:
- Actions: each campaign they entered, how many Actions they completed and who referred them
- Votes: the Galleries they voted in
- Referrals: the people they referred, with the worth and the campaign
- Wins: the campaigns they won, the prize and the winning Action
Block user stops that person entering your campaigns on this Site. Unblock user lets them back in.
Delete User Data removes their entries, details, emails, Reward claims and votes from every campaign on this Site. If they have no data left with any other Site, their Gleam user record goes too. Use it when someone asks you to erase their data under GDPR or a similar law.
Deleting user data can’t be undone.
