Social Connections
See every social account connected to your Site, renew expired connections and remove the ones you no longer use.
Social Connections in your Site Settings lists every social account connected to this Site through the platform's own login. You connect an account from the Action that needs it, and this page is where you check, renew or remove it.
The page also holds Default Social Profiles, your handles for each network, which pre-fill fields when you build campaigns.
Accounts are grouped by platform. Each row shows the Account ID, Username, when the connection Expires, when it was Last Used At, and its History (when it was created and last updated). Expired connections are highlighted.
- Click Refresh to log in to the platform again and renew the connection.
- Click the bin icon to unlink the account and remove the connection from Gleam.
Accounts that import content into a campaign or Gallery sit in their own Automatic Imports table. In place of Last Used At, the Associations column lists each campaign or Gallery that uses the account, with a link to open it, or shows Not currently in use. Unlinking an account here stops those imports.
