Team Members
Invite people to work in your Gleam account with their own login, and choose which Sites they can use.
The Team tab lets other people work in your Gleam account with their own login, so nobody shares a password. Click your profile name in the sidebar, then open Team.
The table lists everyone with access, you included. It shows each person's access level, the Sites they can use (Access To), whether they've turned on 2FA, and their Status, which stays pending until they accept the invite.
- Click Add Member.
- Enter their name in User's Name.
- Pick an Access level if you see one, then choose the Sites they can use under Access to. Every Site is ticked by default.
- Click Generate Invite Link, then copy the link and send it to them yourself.
Each invite link works once. While the invite is pending, you can copy it again from the member’s Actions menu with Invite Link.
There are two levels:
- Standard members can view, create and edit campaigns on their Sites
- Admin members can also delete campaigns, Galleries, Quick Draws and Sites
New members join as Standard unless your plan includes Restricted Access Team Members, which adds the Access level choice to the invite form. It's on the Premium Competitions, Rewards, Captures and Galleries Plans, and on the Business and Premium Packages. Only you, as the account owner, can buy plans.
Your team size is the Team Size limits of all your current plans added together, and it counts you as well as your members. The counter next to Add Member shows how many seats are in use, for example 2 of 3 members.
When every seat is taken, Add Member is greyed out. Click Increase to choose a plan with more seats. You can't buy seats one at a time. On the Free, Hobby and Pro Plans your team is just you, so you can't invite anyone.
Open the Actions menu at the end of a member's row:
- Edit Member changes their access level and Sites. Click Update Permissions to save.
- Delete Member removes their access once you confirm with Revoke Access.
