NPS Survey Action

The NPS Survey action asks entrants the Net Promoter Score question: how likely they are to recommend you, on a scale of 0 to 10. Answering earns them an entry, so it's an easy one to add to any campaign.

• Title: The label entrants see on the action
• Worth # Entries: How many entries an answer earns
• Question: What the 0 to 10 scale rates, like "How likely are you to recommend Kettle & Crumb to a friend?"
• Instructions: Optional text or links above the question, like why you're asking

Under Advanced you can make it Mandatory, lock it until other actions are done, or reset it every day with Daily Entry.

Entrants pick a score from 0 (Not at all likely) to 10 (Extremely likely), and can tell you why in the optional box underneath.
